The device adopts a lightweight UAV platform with an adjustable-angle gimbal-mounted magnetic induction probe, which can accurately align the wire rope for detection. It is equipped with an RTK GNSS positioning system, which can accurately locate the spatial position of defects, with a detection accuracy of 0.2mm. It supports 5G LTE high-speed data transmission, which can synchronize real-time detection data to the ground control center. The built-in 16000mAh lithium battery pack supports 30 minutes of continuous flight detection operations, and can complete detection of more than 500 meters of wire rope in a single operation. The IP67 protection grade can cope with harsh outdoor environments such as rainy days and dust, and the maximum remote control distance is 5km. It supports automatic cruise detection mode, and can complete detection of preset paths without manual control.

The overall size of the UAV is 1200mm × 1000mm × 400mm, and the folded size is 600mm × 400mm × 200mm. The take-off weight is about 18kg, and it is compatible with wire ropes with a diameter of 12mm to 80mm. The angle adjustment range of the probe is -90° to +90°, supporting automatic focusing and distance adjustment. The ground control terminal uses a 10-inch touch screen, which can display UAV flight status and detection data in real time. It supports one-key return and emergency landing functions to ensure the safety of UAV operation.

This product is suitable for high-altitude wire rope detection operations such as large bridge suspension cables, transmission line tower stay cables, port elevated crane cableways and wind turbine tower stay cables. It can quickly complete detection of wire ropes with a length of several kilometers without high-altitude operators, effectively reducing the safety risk of detection operations and improving detection efficiency. It is widely used in large bridge management departments, power grid companies, wind power farms and port terminals.
