This detector adopts a 4-channel probe array design, which can collect comprehensive leakage magnetic flux data of the wire rope at high speed, and the on-board edge computing module can analyze the detection data in real time, greatly improving the detection efficiency and accuracy. It supports high-speed detection of up to 20m/min, meeting the operation requirements of most passenger cableways. It supports wireless data transmission through WiFi and 4G, and can synchronize detection data to the remote monitoring center in real time. The remote wireless alarm function can immediately send out alarm signals to the monitoring center and on-site personnel when detecting critical defects, ensuring the safe operation of the passenger cableway. The IP56 protection rating can adapt to the outdoor environment of the cableway station, such as wind, rain and dust.

The detector is suitable for wire ropes with a diameter of 12mm to 40mm, and the maximum detection speed is 20m/min, which can meet the normal operating speed of most passenger cableways. The detection accuracy reaches 0.06mm for broken wires and 0.3mm for wear amount, which can accurately detect subtle defects during high-speed operation. It is powered by 220V AC industrial power supply, and is equipped with a dedicated mounting bracket that can be fixed on the cableway wire rope running track. The overall size is 700mm * 500mm * 250mm, and the 4-channel probe array can cover the full circumference of the wire rope, ensuring that no dead angle is missed during detection. The on-board edge computing module can process 1000+ detection data per second, and the analysis results are output in real time.

This high-speed wire rope flaw detector is mainly applicable to wire rope detection of passenger cableways, sightseeing cableways and other ropeway transportation equipment. It can be installed on the running track of the cableway wire rope, and complete real-time detection during the normal operation of the cableway, without affecting the normal transportation of passengers.
