Naturally well-suited for PVC processing. The conical structure causes a gradual reduction in material volume, creating natural compression, resulting in a gentle plastication process with low shear heat generation, significantly reducing the risk of PVC thermal decomposition. Low-speed operation ensures sufficient melting and homogenization time. Counter-rotation creates a rolling/kneading action, providing good mixing and some self-cleaning. The equipment is robustly built, handles high loads, and operates stably and reliably with a long service life.

The core consists of two conical screws with specific flight helix angles and precisely matched conical barrels. A heavy-duty hard-faced gearbox with extremely strong output shaft load capacity is used. The feed section barrel is designed to be wide with a water-cooled jacket to prevent feedstock overheating and bridging. Contact surfaces of screws and barrels are often treated with special wear- and corrosion-resistant alloys to handle potential acidic corrosion from PVC processing. The temperature control system focuses on stability and uniformity.
Almost exclusively used for producing various PVC products. It is the standard main unit for lines producing PVC-U solid-wall pipes, corrugated pipes, foam-core pipes, door/window profiles, decorative boards, foam boards, as well as PVC pelletizing for cable compounds and shoe sole materials. Also suitable for processing other heat-sensitive resins or powder formulations requiring gentle plastication, such as some wood-plastic composites (WPC) and calcium-plastic products.
