The core consists of high-precision gear dividers and a through-type twin-output shaft gearbox ensuring synchronous high-speed rotation of the two screws.Barrel modules are made of high-strength alloy steel with wear-resistant bimetallic liners.Each barrel section has independent temperature control using thermal oil or circulating water for precise thermal management.The screw comprises a shaft and mounted elements made of premium nitriding steel or powder metallurgy tool steel.The entire system integrates high-response pressure and temperature sensors.
Primarily used for high-performance plastic modification,such as producing glass fiber reinforced plastics(PA,PP,PBT),flame-retardant plastics,mineral-filled plastics(PP/calcium carbonate),plastic alloys(PC/ABS,PP/EPDM).Also used for manufacturing color masterbatches,functional masterbatches(antistatic,antibacterial,anti-aging),cable compounds,reactive extrusion(polymer grafting,polymerization),thermoplastic elastomers(TPU,TPE),and blending of biodegradable materials.
