The product is formed by molding unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber mat, which has excellent insulation performance and will not generate static electricity, making it very suitable for power cable trench scenarios. It has strong corrosion resistance, can resist the erosion of acid, alkali and organic solvents, and does not need regular painting maintenance. The molded anti-slip surface eliminates the need for additional anti-slip treatment, and the modular installation design allows for quick replacement, reducing on-site construction time and labor costs. It has passed UL94 V-0 flame retardant certification, meeting the safety requirements of industrial and civil projects.
The optional thicknesses are 25mm, 30mm and 40mm, the standard large plate size is 1220mm×3660mm, and can be cut to any size according to customer needs. The grid spacing is 30mm, the bending strength is ≥300MPa, the water absorption rate is ≤0.2%, and the insulation resistance reaches more than 10^12Ω. The matching installation clips are made of galvanized steel, and the product has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification and ASTM D4095 industry standards.
This product is suitable for scenarios such as urban green landscape drainage, power cable trenches, chemical enterprise factory drainage, sewage treatment plant passages and food processing plant drainage systems.
