The product is precast with resin and natural aggregate, which has excellent compressive strength and anti-seepage performance, effectively preventing sewage from seeping into soil and groundwater. The surface is smooth with anti-slip treatment, which is not easy to attach dirt and is easy to clean. It has strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for chemical corrosion environments, and the precast production ensures high dimensional accuracy, reducing on-site pouring time. The weight is only half of that of cast iron covers, reducing transportation and installation costs.
The plate thickness is 35mm, the standard size is 600mm×800mm, and can be customized according to user needs. The grid spacing is 35mm, the compressive strength is ≥80MPa, the anti-seepage performance is ≥0.8MPa, and it has passed 50 freeze-thaw cycles tests. The matching fasteners are made of corrosion-resistant nylon materials, and it meets the JC/T 2004-2007 national industry standard.
