The product is made of 100% recycled high-density polyethylene composite formula, adding anti-ultraviolet additives to avoid fading during long-term outdoor use. The embossed anti-slip surface ensures walking safety, and the weight is only 1/7 of that of cast iron covers, which can be installed and replaced by a single person without heavy equipment. It has no metal components, which reduces the noise generated when vehicles pass by, and does not rust or rot, eliminating the need for regular maintenance. It has passed EU CE environmental protection certification, and is a sustainable drainage product.
The optional thicknesses are 20mm and 25mm, the standard size is 1000mm×2000mm, and can be cut to any size according to customer needs. The grid spacing is 40mm, the bending strength is ≥150MPa, the water absorption rate is ≤0.1%, and the UV aging test passes 5000 hours without fading. The matching installation clips are made of galvanized steel, and it meets the EN13310 industry standard.
This product is suitable for light-load drainage scenarios such as community walkways, municipal park green drainage, commercial pedestrian streets, residential community underground trenches and campus walkways.
