The core advantage lies in the double-sided anti-corrosion process of hot-dip galvanizing, forming a zinc layer with a thickness of no less than 85μm, which can achieve more than 15 years of maintenance-free use in outdoor humid and high-salt environments. The diamond anti-slip surface design improves the safety of pedestrians and vehicles, avoiding the risk of slipping. The modular size design supports on-site rapid cutting and bolt fixing, adapting to different specifications of trench widths. Compared with traditional cast iron covers, its self-weight is reduced by 30%, reducing the labor cost of installation and later maintenance, and it has passed RoHS environmental protection certification, complying with EU environmental protection standards.

The standard specification is 1000mm (length) × 500mm (width) × 30mm (thickness), with customizable size ranging from 500mm to 2000mm in length and 300mm to 1000mm in width. The load rating reaches 250kN/m², which can withstand repeated rolling of heavy trucks and engineering vehicles. The open area is 33%-37%, ensuring drainage efficiency while taking into account structural strength. The surface zinc layer thickness complies with ISO 1461 standards, and passes 1000 hours of salt spray test without rust. The mounting hole diameter is 14mm, adapting to M12 fixing bolts, supporting stable connection with the trench frame.

It is suitable for scenarios requiring heavy load bearing such as municipal trunk roads, freight terminals, industrial park parking lots, and drainage trenches along railway lines. It can be used as covers for underground rainwater pipe networks and power communication trenches, ensuring smooth drainage and providing a safe access platform for maintenance personnel, while preventing debris from falling into the trenches to cause blockage. It can also be used stably in coastal high-salt fog areas without frequent anti-corrosion maintenance.
