The biggest advantage of this product is its ultra-high load-bearing capacity, which can reach the F900 load grade, meeting the heavy load requirements of port terminals and logistics parks. The precast production process ensures uniform product quality and consistent performance, avoiding the problem of uneven quality of on-site pouring. The surface is coated with anti-slip coating, which has excellent anti-slip performance even in rainy or snowy weather, reducing the risk of vehicle slipping. The anti-seepage performance reaches grade P8, which can effectively prevent the leakage of sewage and avoid soil pollution around the trench. In addition, the matching galvanized steel buckles can fix the cover firmly, avoiding the problem of shifting or being lifted by heavy vehicles.

The standard single-piece size is 1200mm in length, 600mm in width and 150mm in thickness, with a single-piece weight of about 85kg. The internal reinforcement adopts HRB400 grade steel bars, with a reinforcement ratio of more than 1.2%, ensuring the structural strength of the product. The compressive strength reaches 35MPa, which meets the national standard for structural concrete. The surface anti-slip coating has a thickness of 0.5mm, with an anti-slip coefficient of ≥0.7, which meets the safety requirements of heavy traffic scenarios. The product has passed the national building material testing center certification, and meets the JC/T 2446-2018 precast concrete trench cover standard.

This product is mainly applicable to port terminals, logistics parks, heavy-duty vehicle parking lots, industrial plant heavy-duty passageways and other ultra-heavy load scenarios. It can bear the rolling of 50-ton heavy trucks and large engineering machinery, ensuring the safety of traffic and drainage. It is also suitable for construction sites and temporary heavy-duty traffic roads, providing reliable drainage facilities for large-scale engineering projects. In addition, it can be used in the drainage system of airports and railway stations, because it has excellent durability and can adapt to the long-term heavy traffic environment.
