The flat steel specification adopts 30*3mm Q235 low carbon steel, with a grid pitch of 100mm. The standard single-piece size can be customized from 500mm to 2000mm in width and 1000mm to 6000mm in length. The overall weight of a single piece with a size of 1000*500mm is about 8.5kg. It meets the national standard GB/T 13912-2002 for hot-dip galvanizing layer thickness, with the galvanized layer thickness ranging from 85μm to 120μm, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance in coastal or industrial pollution areas.
