The twisted square bar anti-slip design increases the friction coefficient to over 0.7, effectively preventing pedestrians and vehicles from slipping. Its adjustable size design meets the customization needs of different trench widths and lengths, reducing the inventory pressure for procurement units. Unlike traditional cast iron trench covers, it does not have the problem of theft, and the hollow grid structure ensures fast drainage without accumulating rainwater or sundries, reducing the risk of urban waterlogging.

The flat steel specification adopts 30*3mm Q235 low carbon steel, with a grid pitch of 100mm. The standard single-piece size can be customized from 500mm to 2000mm in width and 1000mm to 6000mm in length. The overall weight of a single piece with a size of 1000*500mm is about 8.5kg. It meets the national standard GB/T 13912-2002 for hot-dip galvanizing layer thickness, with the galvanized layer thickness ranging from 85μm to 120μm, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance in coastal or industrial pollution areas. The installation adopts fixed hinge and pressing block fixation, which is convenient for later dredging and maintenance of the trench.

This product is widely applicable to municipal road drainage ditches, industrial factory drainage channels, parking lot drainage systems, park green belt drainage ditches and other scenarios.
