The key innovation of this pole is its modular integration system, which supports simultaneous installation of traffic signals, high-definition CCTV cameras, 5G small cells, LED street lights, and dynamic road signage, all powered by a unified wiring and power supply system. This design reduces urban pole density by 60%, minimizing visual pollution and lowering infrastructure construction costs. Made from Q355 high-strength carbon steel, it has a 160km/h wind resistance rating, capable of supporting up to 500kg of device load. The hot-dip galvanization plus fluorocarbon coating provides exceptional corrosion resistance, making it suitable for coastal, industrial, and high-altitude areas. The pole features built-in intelligent control systems that allow for remote monitoring and adjustment of each integrated device, such as dimming street lights based on ambient light or adjusting signal timing via real-time traffic data. Its matte silver finish adds a modern, high-tech aesthetic that complements smart city landscapes.

This integrated smart pole has a total height of 9m, with a cylindrical pole body measuring 240mm in diameter and 8mm in wall thickness. Modular mounting brackets are positioned at 3m, 6m, and 8.5m heights to accommodate different devices: traffic signals at 6m, CCTV cameras at 8.5m, 5G small cells at 7.5m, LED street lights at 8m, and road signage at 3m. Constructed from Q355 weather-resistant carbon steel, it undergoes hot-dip galvanization followed by a 80μm thick fluorocarbon coating. The wind resistance rating is 160km/h, meeting ISO 19902 wind load standards. The pre-cast concrete foundation requires a 2m deep pit with 12 M30 anchor bolts. The pole is equipped with a centralized power distribution box and fiber-optic cable channels, supporting up to 10kW of power output for integrated devices. Each modular bracket is adjustable, allowing for precise positioning of devices, and all wiring is concealed within the pole to prevent damage and improve safety.
The Integrated Smart Multi-Function Signal Pole is specifically engineered for smart city zones, technology parks, new urban districts, and digital industrial clusters. It is widely deployed in cities with IoT-enabled infrastructure, where it serves as a hub for urban data collection, communication, and traffic management. In tech parks, it provides high-speed 5G coverage for employees and visitors while monitoring traffic and ensuring pedestrian safety. In new urban districts, it reduces infrastructure clutter and creates a clean, modern urban environment. This pole can also be used in smart residential communities, integrating parking management cameras and emergency call systems to enhance resident safety. Additionally, it is compatible with city-wide IoT platforms, allowing municipal authorities to access real-time data on traffic flow, air quality, and public safety, enabling data-driven urban management decisions. As cities continue to digitize, this multi-function pole will become an essential component of future-ready urban infrastructure.
