It uses XPE foam composite base material, with an insulation rate of over 98%, which can effectively block external heat from entering the compartment, reducing the energy consumption of the refrigeration system by about 30%. The UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating meets the safety standards of freight vehicles, and the temperature resistance range covers -50℃ to 120℃, adapting to extreme low and high temperature environments. The high-strength adhesive coating can ensure that the film will not fall off in low-temperature environments, improving installation stability. The lightweight design can reduce the overall weight of the vehicle by about 5%, improving fuel efficiency for freight, solving the user pain points of traditional insulation materials with heavy weight and complex installation.

The standard specification is 120cm*50m (60 square meters per roll), with a thickness of 5.0mil, insulation rate of over 98%, UV blocking rate of over 99.5%, adhesion strength of ≥30N/25mm, temperature resistance range of -50℃~120℃, and a roll weight of about 0.8kg per square meter. It can be cut and customized according to the size of the inner wall of the refrigerated compartment, adapting to the compartment sizes of most mainstream refrigerated trucks such as 4.2m, 6.8m and 9.6m.
It is mainly applied to the inner wall installation of commercial refrigerated trucks, cold chain distribution vehicles and refrigerated containers. It can effectively maintain the low-temperature environment inside the compartment, reduce the running time of the refrigeration system and reduce operating costs. At the same time, it can protect the inner wall of the compartment from UV aging, moisture erosion and other damage, extending the service life of the refrigerated compartment, meeting the green energy development needs of the global cold chain logistics industry.
