The core advantage of this product lies in the use of aerogel composite coating, which has an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.03 W/(m·K), which can effectively block external solar radiation heat from entering the photovoltaic module, and quickly conduct the redundant heat generated during the operation of the module to the external environment, reducing the working temperature of the photovoltaic cell panel by 15℃ to 25℃ and improving the photovoltaic conversion efficiency by 5% to 8%. It has 25 years of ultraviolet aging resistance, which can resist outdoor extreme ultraviolet radiation and avoid the cracking and falling off of the backsheet. It has IPX7 waterproof performance, which can cope with severe weather such as heavy rain and snow, and has passed the Class A highest fire rating certification, meeting the safety specifications of outdoor photovoltaic power stations. In addition, its TPT composite base material has excellent tensile strength, which can resist external impacts such as strong wind and hail in outdoor environments.

The standard size of this photovoltaic heat insulation film is 1.6 meters wide × 100 meters long, supporting custom cutting according to the specifications of different photovoltaic backsheets. The total thickness is 0.5mm, of which the aerogel coating is 0.05mm and the TPT base material is 0.45mm. The thermal reflectivity reaches 93%, which can effectively block solar infrared radiation heat. The tensile strength reaches 180 N/cm, with excellent tensile resistance, adapting to the thermal expansion and contraction changes of photovoltaic modules. Its weather resistance has passed the ISO 16474 outdoor aging test standard, with no obvious aging signs within 25 years. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 120℃, which can adapt to extreme climate conditions in different regions. It is equipped with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which is easy to install and does not require additional glue, adapting to the bonding needs of photovoltaic backsheets.
This product is mainly suitable for backsheet mounting of various solar photovoltaic modules, including distributed rooftop photovoltaic systems, ground photovoltaic power stations, photovoltaic carports and other scenarios. The target user groups include photovoltaic power station developers, photovoltaic module manufacturers, new energy engineering enterprises, household photovoltaic owners and so on. Typical usage scenarios include backsheet tinting for new photovoltaic modules, which can improve the heat dissipation performance and service life of the modules; renovation and upgrading of old photovoltaic power stations, which can reduce the working temperature of the modules and improve power generation efficiency; photovoltaic power stations in extreme high-temperature areas, which can effectively alleviate the performance attenuation of photovoltaic modules caused by high temperatures.
