The core advantage of this wall panel is the combination of high-end performance and beautiful appearance. The anodized anti-static coating not only has excellent anti-static performance, but also has excellent corrosion resistance, and has passed the 1000-hour salt spray test, maintaining stable performance in machine room environments with high humidity and corrosive gases. The 30dB magnetic shielding performance can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference in the machine room, improving the operation stability of precision equipment. The hidden keel hanging installation method can achieve a neat appearance without exposed keels, and two surface treatment methods of brushed or mirror finish can adapt to the decoration style of high-end computer rooms. Compared with traditional high-end wall panels, it combines anti-static and magnetic shielding functions, solving the pain points of traditional high-end walls such as insufficient anti-static performance and easy corrosion. It also has a service life of ≥15 years, reducing later maintenance costs.

The conventional panel size is 1200mm×2400mm, with a plate thickness of 2.0mm and a single panel weight of about 20.2kg. The ESD resistance stably remains in the range of 10^5-10^8Ω, and the magnetic shielding performance reaches 30dB. It has passed the 1000-hour salt spray test, and the thickness of the surface anodized coating is 15±3μm. The installation keel is a hidden aluminum alloy keel with a spacing of 600mm, which is compatible with the wall decoration and protection requirements of high-end computer rooms, and can form a unified high-end visual style with the command platform and display equipment of the machine room.
It is mainly applicable to scenarios such as high-end computer rooms, financial data centers, emergency command centers, satellite measurement and control computer rooms and precision medical equipment computer rooms with high requirements for wall performance and appearance. It can be installed on the main walls of the machine room, the background wall of the command platform and equipment protection areas, which can effectively suppress static electricity accumulation and electromagnetic interference, protect the operation stability of precision equipment, resist erosion of corrosive gases, maintain the beautiful appearance of the wall, and improve the overall quality and safety performance of the machine room.
