The surface is made of high-purity aluminum alloy plate, which has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and daily cleaning only needs to be wiped with a dust-free cloth without special cleaning supplies. The installation adopts hidden buckle connection, which can achieve quick disassembly and assembly, facilitating later wall renovation and equipment wiring.

The standard size is 1220mm*2800mm, with optional thickness ranging from 20mm to 30mm. The thickness of the aluminum alloy face sheet is 0.8mm, and the density of the aluminum honeycomb core is 80kg/m³. The thickness of the anti-static coating is 50-70μm, ensuring stable conductive performance. The surface flatness error is ≤0.5mm per square meter, meeting the high-precision clean room requirements. The weight of a single panel is approximately 8kg per sheet, facilitating single-person handling during installation.
