The anti-static coating can maintain a stable resistance value after more than 10,000 friction tests, without performance attenuation. The cold-rolled steel base material has high compressive strength, which can withstand slight collisions of industrial equipment without easy deformation, and meets the ASTM E84 Class A fire resistance rating, which can effectively slow down the spread of fire in case of sudden fire. The installation adopts hidden keel docking method, which does not require a lot of on-site welding operations, reducing construction risks and dust, and adapting to the installation requirements of dust-free workshops. The surface is flat and smooth, without dead corners for dirt accumulation, and can be quickly cleaned with industrial cleaning equipment. It also has excellent moisture-proof performance, which can cope with humidity fluctuations in the workshop and avoid panel rust or falling off.

The standard size is 1220mm*2440mm, with optional thickness ranging from 0.8mm to 1.5mm. The thickness of the anti-static coating is controlled at 60-80μm to ensure consistent conductive performance. The matching keel accessories are made of galvanized steel, with a mounting gap of ≤2mm to ensure overall flatness. The weight of a single panel is approximately 12kg per sheet, facilitating manual handling during installation. The edge sealing adopts rubber strip sealing to effectively block dust and moisture penetration.
It is mainly applicable to electronic product manufacturing workshops, semiconductor packaging plants, battery production lines, precision instrument processing plants and other places with strict electrostatic control requirements. It can also be used as the wall material of dust-free workshops for pharmaceutical production and data center machine rooms to avoid electrostatic interference with precision electronic equipment. The panel can be combined with anti-static floor and other supporting facilities to build a fully enclosed electrostatic protection space, meeting the ISO 14644-1 Class 8 clean room standards.
