The dry hanging installation method does not require a large number of on-site welding operations, reducing construction time and on-site pollution. The UL 94 V-0 fire rating can slow down the spread of fire in case of emergency, and the E0-level environmentally friendly material ensures no harmful volatiles in the production area. Compared with traditional anti-static wall panels, it has passed the 500-hour salt spray test, maintaining stable performance in workshop environments with high humidity and corrosive gases. It also provides multiple color options to adapt to the visual planning needs of different workshops, solving the pain points of traditional anti-static wall panels such as complex installation and insufficient durability.

The base material is 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet, with standard panel size of 1200mm×2400mm. The surface epoxy coating thickness is 60±5μm, and the ESD resistance stably remains in the range of 10^6-10^9Ω. The sound transmission class reaches 38dB, with water absorption rate ≤8%. The weight of a single panel is about 18.5kg, and the installation keel spacing should be controlled within 600mm, which is compatible with standard industrial ceiling and wall keel specifications, and can adapt to most commercial wall base structures.
It is mainly applicable to high electrostatic risk industrial scenarios such as electronic component assembly workshops, semiconductor production plants, precision instrument testing rooms, and aerospace parts processing workshops.
