The thermal conductivity of the rock wool core is only 0.032W/m·K, which can effectively reduce the air conditioning energy consumption of the machine room. The Grade A fire rating can effectively block the spread of fire in case of emergency in the machine room, protecting server equipment and data security. The ESD resistance range of 10^6 Ω to 10^9 Ω can adapt to the high electrostatic protection needs of the machine room, and the galvanized steel base material has excellent durability and corrosion resistance. It solves the pain points of traditional machine room wall panels such as single function, complex wiring and high energy consumption, and has a load-bearing capacity of ≥100kg/m², which can be installed on heavy equipment protection walls.

The conventional panel size is 1200mm×2400mm, with a plate thickness of 15mm, including a 12mm thick rock wool core and a 1.5mm thick galvanized steel sheet. The single panel weight is about 32kg, and the ESD resistance stably remains in the range of 10^6-10^9Ω. The thermal conductivity is 0.032W/m·K, and the sound insulation performance reaches 45dB. The width of the hidden cable slot is 50mm, which is compatible with standard machine room cable specifications. The installation keel spacing is 600mm, which is compatible with the standard wall and ceiling keel specifications of the data center.
It is mainly applicable to scenarios such as large data centers, server rooms, communication base stations, Internet data rooms and industrial control computer rooms.
