This fired clay antique roof tile stands out from conventional roofing materials with its authentic traditional craftsmanship and modern performance upgrades. Unlike ordinary clay tiles, it undergoes a two-stage high-temperature firing process and a seamless glaze coating, which reduces water absorption rate to less than 8% and enhances frost resistance to pass 50 freeze-thaw cycles, greatly extending its service life to over 50 years. The overlapping installation design simplifies on-site construction, while the rich color options perfectly match different classical architectural styles. It effectively solves the common pain points of traditional roof tiles, such as easy cracking, water seepage, and short service life, providing both aesthetic restoration and reliable structural protection for heritage buildings and modern classical projects.

Standard tile specifications are 310mm in length, 210mm in width, and 15mm in thickness. Each tile weighs approximately 2.8kg, with approximately 15 pieces required per square meter, making it easy to calculate material usage during construction. It meets the Class A fire resistance rating standard, making it suitable for high-rise buildings and public heritage sites with strict fire safety requirements. The compatible roof slope ranges from 20° to 90°, adapting to most roof design requirements, including flat roofs and steep slope roofs. Each package contains 10 square meters of tiles, along with matching installation accessories such as mortar and fixing clips, to ensure a tight and stable roof structure that can withstand strong winds and heavy rainfall.

This fired clay antique roof tile is primarily designed for heritage restoration projects, such as ancient town renovations, temple restoration, and historical building protection to preserve the original architectural style. It is also ideal for high-end boutique hotels, traditional Chinese courtyard residences, cultural and tourism scenic spots, and private villas that pursue classical architectural aesthetics. Its excellent weather resistance and non-toxic, environmentally friendly material make it suitable for long-term outdoor use in various climatic environments, from cold northern regions with harsh freeze-thaw cycles to humid southern areas with heavy rainfall.
