The surface is coated with a polyacrylate waterproof film, which effectively blocks the penetration of water vapor and reduces the water absorption rate to less than 3%, solving the problem of board deformation caused by moisture. The Grade 0 mildew resistance meets the standard of mildew resistance, avoiding the growth of mold in long-term humid environments. It still maintains A1 grade fire resistance and E0 environmental protection performance, and is compatible with wet hanging construction technology, making it more suitable for wet area decoration than traditional waterproof gypsum boards.
The standard size is 1220mm × 2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 15mm. The density is 900 kg/m³, with a flexural strength of not less than 15MPa. The water absorption rate is tested to be less than 3% after 24 hours of immersion, and the mildew resistance reaches Grade 0 according to national standards. The product has passed strict waterproof and mildew resistance tests, and is suitable for long-term use in humid environments.
It is mainly applicable to partition walls and suspended ceilings of hotel kitchens, public swimming pools, commercial bathrooms, family bathrooms and other wet spaces. It can also be used as a wall material for basement moisture-proof renovation, providing a stable and durable interior decoration solution for damp spaces that require fire protection and waterproofing.
