The thickness of electrostatic powder coating is ≥60μm, and the adhesion reaches ISO 2409 standard level 0, which is not easy to fall off and scratch. The integrated hanging keel design can quickly fix the curved aluminum square tube without on-site additional processing. The surface is formaldehyde released, which meets the indoor environmental protection requirements, and any color and surface texture can be customized according to customer needs.
The customized length of a single piece ranges from 2m to 6m. The thickness ranges from 1.0mm to 2.0mm, the width ranges from 40mm to 150mm, and the height ranges from 60mm to 200mm. The curvature radius can be adjusted as needed. It is equipped with special curved installation keels and fixed buckles. The installation shape error is ≤2mm. The weight of a single piece is about 4.5kg for the specification of 1.2mm thickness, 60mm width and 100mm height, 3m length. It can be combined into various shapes such as wavy and spiral shapes according to needs.
