The base material is primary aluminum alloy, and there will be no cracks or deformation after bending. The surface treatment can be electrostatic spraying or fluorocarbon coating, adapting to indoor and outdoor different scenarios. The installation adopts customized keel to ensure that the shape is stable and not deformed. It can be combined with conventional aluminum square tubes to create gradient, scattered visual effects, enhancing the artistic atmosphere of the space.
The base material is 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, the thickness is 1.2-2.5mm, the width is 30-150mm, the height is 40-200mm, the bending radius can be customized from 300mm to 2000mm, the standard length can be customized to any length, the surface coating thickness is 60-90μm (electrostatic spraying) or ≥40μm (fluorocarbon coating), the fire rating is GB8624 Class A, the shape accuracy is ±1mm, and the bending strength is ≥210MPa.
