The A-class fireproof calcium silicate board addresses the critical need for high-level fire safety in modern construction. Its core advantage lies in the A1 non-combustible fire rating, which far exceeds the B1 rating of standard ceiling boards, providing reliable fire protection for up to 3 hours depending on the board thickness. It has a higher density and tensile strength than standard models, offering superior structural stability and load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for both ceiling and wall partition applications. The environmental E0 rating ensures zero harmful emissions, protecting the health of construction workers and building occupants. Additionally, its wide range of compatible installation methods, including bonding to concrete walls and suspension with light steel keels, expands its usability across various building types. It also resists corrosion, mold, and pest infestation, reducing long-term maintenance costs.

This A-class fireproof calcium silicate board is available in two standard size options: 1220mm × 2440mm and 1500mm × 3000mm, with thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 15mm to meet different fire resistance duration requirements. It has a density of 900 to 1000 kg/m³, providing enhanced structural strength compared to standard models. The water absorption rate is controlled at ≤8%, ensuring good moisture resistance for most indoor and semi-outdoor applications. The tensile strength reaches ≥1.2 MPa, meeting the strict safety standards for fire-resistant partitions and load-bearing wall components. The sandblasted or unfinished surface provides a neutral base for custom paint or coating, while the A1 fire rating ensures compliance with the most stringent global fire safety codes. Each square meter of the 12mm thick board weighs approximately 11.8-13.8 kg.

This A-class fireproof calcium silicate board is primarily designed for high-risk fire protection applications in commercial and industrial buildings. It is widely used as a fire-resistant partition material in hospitals, where strict hygiene and fire safety standards are mandatory, and in shopping malls and high-rise residential buildings to create fire-resistant compartments that slow the spread of flames and smoke. It is also suitable for tunnel lining and underground garage ceiling applications, where prolonged exposure to high temperatures and moisture is common. Additionally, it can be used as a backing board for exterior wall insulation systems, providing extra fire protection for the entire building envelope. It is not recommended for direct outdoor exposure without additional waterproof coating, but performs excellently in semi-outdoor and indoor fire-critical spaces.
