Third, it adopts high-purity calcium silicate raw materials, which have stable physical and chemical properties, and will not deform or mildew during use. In addition, the installation is simple and convenient, which can greatly shorten the construction period of the base layer project.
The product has two optional thickness specifications: 6mm and 9mm, with a standard size of 1220mm × 2440mm, and the bulk density is 650 kg/m³. The compressive strength is not less than 12 MPa, and the flexural strength is not less than 8 MPa, which can meet the load-bearing requirements of the base layer. The water absorption rate is ≤12%, which ensures that it will not deform in conventional indoor environments. The surface has no obvious burrs and unevenness, and meets the requirements of high-quality base layer materials. It can be installed by glue bonding or keel fixation according to different application scenarios.
It is mainly applicable to the wall backing layer of integrated ceiling, the floor leveling base layer of residential decoration, the backing layer of wall tiles and the backing layer of stone dry hanging. In integrated ceiling scenarios, it can provide a stable support for the keel and ceiling panel; in floor leveling scenarios, it can effectively prevent the floor from deforming and cracking. It can also be used as a backing layer for furniture production and other industrial scenarios.
