The core advantages of this product are: first, the working temperature can reach 1200℃, and the fire resistance duration is not less than 2 hours, which can effectively block the spread of fire and high temperature in case of fire. Second, the smoke density during combustion is ≤0.5 m²/m³, ensuring that it will not produce toxic and harmful smoke during combustion, providing precious escape time for trapped personnel. Third, it has good chemical stability, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and can be used in harsh industrial environments. In addition, it has stable size and will not deform under high temperature.

The product has two optional thickness specifications: 10mm and 15mm, with a standard size of 1220mm × 2440mm, and the bulk density is 900 kg/m³. The compressive strength is not less than 22 MPa, which can meet the load-bearing requirements of industrial wall projects. It meets the NFPA Class A fire rating standard, and the smoke density during combustion is ≤0.5 m²/m³, which meets the requirements of public place fire protection. The material is made of refractory calcium silicate and ceramic fiber, which has good high-temperature resistance and will not soften or deform under high temperature.

It is mainly applicable to the wall and partition decoration of steel mills, power plants, tunnels, underground utility tunnels and other industrial places, as well as the fireproof isolation belt of oil and gas storage tanks. In steel mill scenarios, it can withstand the high temperature of the workshop and block the spread of fire; in tunnel scenarios, it can provide fire protection safety for passing vehicles and trapped personnel. It can also be used as a fireproof insulation material for high-temperature pipelines and equipment.
