This high-temperature kiln special calcium silicate board adopts high-purity alumina and calcium silicate raw materials, and undergoes a 1500℃ high-temperature sintering process, which can withstand a continuous high temperature of 1200℃. The thermal conductivity is only 0.035 W/(m·K), with excellent heat insulation performance. The thermal shock resistance reaches more than 15 times, which can withstand rapid temperature changes without cracking. The asbestos-free formula ensures the health and safety of operators, and the rough anti-slip surface improves the bonding force with refractory bricks. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, and can resist the erosion of acid and alkali flue gas in industrial kilns. The board has a stable structure and no powdering during long-term use. It has passed the authoritative certification of the National Refractory Materials Testing Center and complies with the safety specifications of high-temperature industrial places.

The optional sizes are 1000mm × 2000mm and 1200mm × 2400mm, with optional thicknesses of 20mm, 25mm and 30mm. The density is 1100 kg/m³, with a maximum temperature resistance of 1200℃, thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/(m·K), thermal shock resistance of ≥15 times (1000℃→Room Temperature), fire rating of Class A non-combustible (GB 8624-2012), moisture content of ≤5%, environmental grade of E0 Grade, surface flatness of ≤0.6mm/m, and the weight is approximately 55kg per piece (20mm thickness, 1000×2000). It can be installed with refractory cement bonding, without complicated keel systems.

This product is suitable for inner wall heat insulation of industrial kilns, heat preservation of high-temperature pipelines, heat treatment workshop walls, metallurgical furnace heat insulation layers, glass kiln protection, heat insulation of chemical high-temperature reaction equipment and other scenarios. It can be used as a high-temperature heat insulation and protection board, effectively reducing heat loss of high-temperature equipment, ensuring the safety of industrial places, and complying with the fire protection and heat insulation specifications of high-temperature industrial places.
