This high-strength partition calcium silicate board optimizes the calcium silicate raw material ratio and extends the autoclaved curing period to 12 hours, improving the compactness of the internal crystal structure of the board. The compressive strength reaches ≥20MPa and the flexural strength is ≥12MPa, which can withstand a uniform load of 100kg/m², meeting the load-bearing requirements of industrial equipment partitions and large exhibition hall partitions. The sound insulation performance reaches 42dB, effectively blocking air sound transmission. The asbestos-free formula ensures indoor air quality safety, and the embossed plain surface increases friction to improve the bonding force with finishing materials. It adapts to a variety of finishing treatments such as latex paint, tiles and decorative panels, and is easy to install, adapting to light steel keel or wood keel installation systems. It has passed the high-strength performance certification of the National Building Materials Testing Center.

The optional sizes are 1200mm × 2800mm and 1220mm × 2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 15mm, 18mm and 20mm. The density is 1000 kg/m³, with a fire rating of Class A non-combustible (GB 8624-2012). The flexural strength is ≥12MPa, compressive strength is ≥20MPa, sound insulation performance is 42dB, moisture content is ≤9%, environmental grade is E0 Grade, surface flatness is ≤0.4mm/m, and the weight is approximately 42kg per piece (15mm thickness, 1200×2800). It can be installed with U-shaped light steel keel accessories, suitable for large-space partition scenarios.

This product is suitable for internal partitions of industrial workshops, store partitions of large shopping malls, hotel guest room partitions, exhibition hall movable partitions, high-rise office building partitions, school laboratory partitions and other scenarios. It can be used as a load-bearing wall or high-load partition, and can be matched with sound-absorbing cotton to improve the overall sound insulation effect, meeting the structural stability and sound insulation requirements of large-space zoning.
