This waterproof moisture-proof calcium silicate wall board adopts a waterproof modified calcium silicate raw material formula, and a dense water-repellent film is formed on the surface to effectively block water penetration, with a waterproof rating of IPX4 to cope with daily water splashes. The mildew resistance grade reaches Grade 0, avoiding mold growth in high-humidity environments. Compared with traditional gypsum boards, it has higher structural stability, with a flexural strength of ≥10MPa to withstand the lateral load of partitions. The asbestos-free formula ensures indoor air quality safety, and the matte frosted surface reduces reflection, adapting to various wall finish treatments such as tile pasting and latex paint coating. It is easy to install and adapts to the light steel keel partition system, and has passed the waterproof and mildew proof certification of the National Building Materials Testing Center.
The standard size is 1220mm × 2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 10mm, 12mm and 15mm. The density is 900 kg/m³, with a fire rating of Class A non-combustible (GB 8624-2012). The waterproof rating is IPX4, mildew resistance grade is Grade 0, moisture content is ≤8%, flexural strength is ≥10MPa, weather resistance range is -30℃ ~ 120℃, environmental grade is E0 Grade, surface flatness is ≤0.3mm/m, and the weight is approximately 27kg per piece (10mm thickness). It can be installed with U-shaped light steel keel accessories, suitable for high-humidity indoor wall and partition scenarios.
This product is suitable for bathroom walls, kitchen backsplashes, basement partitions, walls of swimming pool auxiliary rooms, walls of high-humidity areas in laboratories, walls of underground garage corridors and other scenarios. It can be used as a wall base or decorative panel, meeting the fire protection, waterproof and mildew resistance requirements of high-humidity spaces, and complying with the decoration specifications of wet areas in public buildings.
