This standard fire-rated calcium silicate ceiling board adopts an asbestos-free formula, eliminating the health risks associated with traditional asbestos-containing ceiling materials. It is produced through high-pressure steam curing technology, which ensures a dense and stable internal structure with a flexural strength of no less than 8MPa, meeting the load-bearing requirements of light steel keel suspension systems. The flat, warp-free surface supports multiple finishing treatments such as painting, veneering, and laminating, enabling flexible matching with different interior decoration styles. It features a sound insulation performance of 38dB, effectively reducing sound transmission between floors, and meets the Class A non-combustible fire rating standard, providing reliable fire protection for commercial offices, residential communities, and school buildings. The product has a moisture content of no more than 10%, preventing deformation caused by humidity changes during long-term use, and supports quick installation with standard light steel keel accessories without requiring specialized professional tools. It has passed the authoritative certification of the National Building Materials Testing Center, complying with domestic mainstream architectural decoration standards.

The standard size is 1220mm × 2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. The density is 800 kg/m³, with a fire rating of Class A non-combustible (GB 8624-2012). The moisture content is ≤10%, flexural strength is ≥8MPa, sound insulation performance is 38dB, temperature resistance range is -20℃ ~ 100℃, environmental grade is E0 Grade, surface flatness is ≤0.5mm/m, and the weight is approximately 20kg per Square Meter (8mm thickness). It can be installed with standard U-shaped light steel keel accessories, suitable for most conventional ceiling installation scenarios.

This product is suitable for commercial office building ceilings, residential kitchen and bathroom ceilings, school classroom ceilings, hospital public area ceilings, mall corridor ceilings and other scenarios. It can be used as a base board or decorative board, adapting to the light steel keel ceiling system, meeting the fire protection acceptance requirements of buildings, and suitable for conventional indoor dry environment decoration needs.
