The core technical highlight is the sandwich structure, with A1-grade fireproof calcium silicate board on the surface and bottom layer, and inorganic aerogel insulation layer in the middle, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.038W/(m·K), which has better insulation performance than traditional rock wool board. It retains A1-grade fire resistance, will not burn or release toxic fumes at high temperatures, has good waterproof performance, water absorption rate ≤4%, is not easy to get moist and mildew, and has high structural strength to improve wind load resistance and not easy to fall off. Compared with traditional external wall insulation system, it reduces construction procedures and costs, and has a service life of more than 30 years.

The standard size is 1220×2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 15mm, 20mm and 25mm, and the insulation layer thickness of 3mm, 5mm and 8mm. The density is 1100-1300kg/m³, flexural strength ≥20MPa, compressive strength ≥30MPa, airborne sound insulation capacity ≥30dB (20mm thickness), water absorption rate ≤4%, moisture content ≤5%, thermal conductivity 0.035-0.040W/(m·K), fire resistance limit of 4 hours for 25mm thickness, formaldehyde emission meets E0 grade, the surface has fluorocarbon coating, with good weather resistance, no obvious performance change from -40℃ to 120℃, and meets GB/T 21086-2007 external wall insulation board standard. It can be directly hung on the external wall base layer for installation.

It is suitable for external wall insulation systems of public buildings, external wall decorative insulation integrated boards of residential buildings, fireproof insulation external walls of industrial plants, and external wall decorative boards of airport terminals. It can be directly installed by dry hanging without additional insulation layer and decorative layer, with 60% higher energy saving efficiency than traditional external wall systems. It has good fire resistance, meets the national building energy saving requirements, and is suitable for building external walls in cold and high-temperature areas.
