The core technical highlight is the nano-scale waterproof coating, which is tightly attached to the surface of the board to block water vapor penetration, with a water absorption rate of less than 5%, and will not expand or mildew due to long-term humidity. It retains A1-grade fire resistance and will not release toxic fumes at high temperatures, meets E0 environmental protection grade, is easy to install, and can be cut, drilled and tiled. Compared with traditional waterproof gypsum board, it has longer service life, is not easy to yellow and deform, and is more suitable for long-term use in high-humidity environments.

The standard size is 1220×2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. The density is 900kg/m³, flexural strength ≥15MPa, compressive strength ≥25MPa, water absorption rate ≤5%, moisture content ≤5%, thermal conductivity 0.057-0.061W/(m·K), fire resistance limit of 2.5 hours for 12mm thickness, the surface waterproof coating meets QB/T 2691-2005 standard, formaldehyde emission meets E0 grade, and has good cold and hot cycle performance, with no obvious performance change from -20℃ to 80℃. It can be directly installed on light steel keel and tiled without additional waterproof treatment.

It is mainly used for kitchen and bathroom ceilings, bathroom partition walls, fire-resistant partition walls of underground garages, decorative panels in humid areas of subway stations, decorative panels in high-salt spray environments near the sea, and decorative panels around swimming pools. It is compatible with light steel keel installation system, can be directly tiled, brushed with waterproof coating or pasted with decorative panels, and is widely used in high-humidity building decoration and partition projects.
