The core advantage lies in the innovative waterproof modification process. Nano-scale waterproof polymer particles are added inside the board to form a dense waterproof barrier. The water absorption rate is only 1/3 of that of ordinary calcium silicate boards, effectively preventing water from penetrating into the board and avoiding problems such as expansion, deformation and mold growth. At the same time, the surface of the board is pre-coated with moisture-proof primer, and can directly lay tiles or paint without additional waterproof base treatment, greatly reducing the construction cost and cycle of bathroom and kitchen decoration. In addition, the product has A2 fire rating and reaches E0 environmental protection grade, and will not release toxic and harmful substances, making it suitable for wet scenarios such as home bathrooms, commercial restaurant kitchens and public bathrooms.

The standard size is 1220mm×2440mm, with three thickness specifications of 6mm, 8mm and 10mm available. The board density is stable at 1000kg/m³, the bending strength is ≥12MPa, the impact strength is ≥2.8kJ/m², the thermal conductivity is 0.024W/(m·K), the waterproof rating reaches GB/T 17657-2013 Grade Ⅰ standard, the water absorption is ≤3%, the environmental protection grade is E0, the formaldehyde emission is ≤0.05mg/m³, the surface is flat and bubble-free, and it is suitable for light steel keel or wood keel installation system, and can be directly used as the base board for bathroom and kitchen walls and ceilings.

It is mainly used as wall and ceiling base boards for high-humidity scenarios such as home bathrooms, commercial restaurant kitchens, public bathrooms and swimming pools, as well as back panels of lockers and base boards of bathroom countertops that require moisture-proof performance. This product has passed the national waterproof building material certification, and can maintain structural stability in long-term humid environments, avoiding problems such as mold and deformation, and providing a safe and environmentally friendly decoration solution for humid spaces.
