The core technical highlight lies in the patented high-temperature autoclaved foaming process, which ensures uniform and dense internal structure of the board, with bending strength far exceeding the industry average, and excellent crack resistance and long-term structural stability. Compared with traditional gypsum fireproof boards, this product has lower water absorption and is not easy to get damp and deform. At the same time, it supports multiple installation methods such as sawing, drilling and bonding, adapting to different construction scenarios. In addition, the surface of the board is flat and smooth, and can be directly painted and pasted for secondary processing without additional base treatment, which greatly shortens the construction period and provides a reliable fire safety solution for construction projects.

The standard size is 1220mm×2440mm, with four thickness specifications of 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 15mm available. The board density is stable at 1200kg/m³, the bending strength is ≥15MPa, the impact strength is ≥3.5kJ/m², the thermal conductivity is only 0.022W/(m·K), it meets the national A-level fireproof standard (EN 13501-1 A1 level), the environmental protection grade reaches E0 level, the formaldehyde emission is ≤0.05mg/m³, the surface flatness deviation is ≤0.5mm/m, and the water absorption is ≤8%. It is suitable for conventional light steel keel installation system and can meet the fireproof partition needs of all kinds of commercial buildings.

It is mainly used for fireproof partitions, firewalls and fireproof ceilings of high-rise office buildings, commercial complexes, underground garages, rail transit stations and other crowded public buildings. It can also be used as fireproof isolation barriers for industrial plants and fireproof decorative plates inside ships. This product fully complies with domestic and EU building fire prevention codes, provides long-term fire safety guarantee for buildings, and reduces fire risks and losses.
