This sludge dewatering PAC has a high basicity, which enhances the flocculation effect of sludge particles, forming large and dense flocs that have good dewatering performance. The product can reduce the moisture content of sludge to below 60%, reducing the volume of sludge by up to 50% compared to traditional coagulants. It has good adaptability to various types of sludge, including municipal activated sludge, industrial sludge from papermaking and pharmaceutical industries, and has stable dewatering effects even when the sludge concentration fluctuates. It is easy to dose and mix with sludge, reducing the operating time and labor costs of sludge treatment systems.

The product has a dark yellow powder appearance with a bulk density of 0.90-1.00 g/cm³. The aluminum oxide content is between 27% and 29%, providing sufficient coagulation activity for sludge dewatering. The basicity is controlled at 70%-90%, which optimizes the flocculation effect of sludge particles and improves the dewatering efficiency. The water insoluble matter is ≤0.3%, which is acceptable for sludge dewatering scenarios without strict pipeline blockage restrictions. The 1% aqueous solution has a pH value of 5.5-7.0, adapting to the pH range of most sludge systems. Each package contains 25kg of PAC, sealed in plastic woven bags with waterproof layers, and the product has a shelf life of 2 years when stored in a cool, dry place.

This product is mainly used in municipal sewage treatment plants to dewater excess activated sludge, reducing the volume of sludge for landfill or incineration. It is also applicable to industrial sludge treatment systems from papermaking, pharmaceutical, and mining industries, improving the dewatering efficiency of sludge and reducing the cost of sludge disposal. It can be used in combination with other sludge conditioners such as lime and polyacrylamide to achieve better dewatering effects. It is suitable for various sludge treatment scenarios, including small-scale sludge dewatering stations, medium-sized sewage treatment plants, and large-scale sludge drying plants, meeting the environmental protection requirements of sludge treatment.
