The core advantage of this product is its high basicity, which can directly play a role in neutral to weakly alkaline water environment without additional addition of acid-base regulators, reducing the complexity and cost of the treatment process. Its hydrolysis products have stronger electrical neutralization and adsorption bridging ability, which can quickly capture colloidal particles and soluble pollutants in wastewater, forming larger and denser flocs with faster precipitation speed, reducing the residence time of the sedimentation tank. Compared with common PAC, this product can maintain good flocculation effect in low-temperature water environment, solving the pain point of reduced wastewater treatment effect in low-temperature winter, and its anti-interference ability is strong, which can cope with complex working conditions such as high salinity and high heavy metal content in wastewater.

This product appears as light yellow powder, with alumina content of 29%-31%, basicity as high as 85%-95%, pH value of 4.0-5.5 in 1% aqueous solution, and water insoluble content ≤0.3%. The bulk density is 0.6-0.7g/cm³. It is packaged in 25kg polypropylene woven bags with plastic inner film for moisture-proof, and ton bag packaging can be provided according to customer needs. Its applicable temperature range is -10℃ to 50℃, and it can maintain stable flocculation performance under low temperature conditions. It dissolves quickly, and can be completely dissolved within 30 minutes at room temperature. The product can be used in combination with coagulants such as polyacrylamide to further improve the flocculation effect, and is suitable for all kinds of automatic water treatment dosing equipment, with a dosage of 20-100mg/L according to the wastewater concentration.

This product is mainly used in the treatment of printing and dyeing industrial wastewater, which can effectively remove chroma pollutants such as reactive dyes and disperse dyes in wastewater, reducing COD and SS indicators. It is also suitable for the treatment of chemical pharmaceutical, leather processing, electroplating and other industrial wastewater, which can remove heavy metal ions and refractory organic matter in wastewater. In addition, it can also be used in the advanced treatment of secondary treatment effluent of municipal sewage treatment plants to further improve the effluent quality. This product is especially suitable for treating high-concentration, high-chroma complex wastewater, which can effectively solve the problem of poor effect of traditional flocculants in complex working conditions, and has been widely used in wastewater treatment transformation projects of large industrial parks in China.
