This product adopts drum drying production process with mature and stable production flow and reasonable cost control, suitable for large-scale batch procurement. Its core advantage lies in excellent flocculation performance, which can work in a wide pH range (5.0-9.0) without additional adjustment of water acidity and alkalinity. Compared with competing products such as common polyferric sulfate, the sludge produced by this product is easier to dewater, reducing subsequent sludge treatment costs. At the same time, the product has strong storage stability, can be stored for two years without deterioration in a dry environment, solving the pain point of easy caking during storage of traditional flocculants.

This product appears as light yellow powder, with stable alumina content of 28%-30%, basicity controlled at 60%-85%, pH value of 3.5-5.0 in 1% aqueous solution, and water insoluble content ≤0.5%. The bulk density is 0.65-0.75g/cm³. It is packaged in 25kg polypropylene woven bags with plastic inner film for moisture-proof, and packaging specifications can be adjusted according to customer needs. It dissolves quickly, can be completely dissolved within 30 minutes at room temperature, and the aqueous solution is colorless and transparent (low impurity version). It does not contain excessive heavy metals harmful to water bodies, meets relevant national industrial water treatment standards, and can be directly added or diluted before adding, with a dosage of 10-50mg/L according to water turbidity.

This product is mainly used in the first-level flocculation treatment link of municipal sewage treatment plants, which can quickly remove suspended sediment, colloidal organic matter in water and reduce water turbidity. It is also suitable for pretreatment of industrial wastewater such as beneficiation, metallurgy and coal washing, and can effectively remove heavy metal ions and suspended solids in wastewater. In addition, it can be used as a retention and filtration aid in the papermaking industry to improve the retention rate and strength of paper. This product is suitable for large-scale industrial water treatment scenarios, and can be adapted to automatic dosing equipment to reduce manual operation costs, and has been widely used in environmental protection upgrading and transformation projects in various provinces and cities in China.
