The spray drying process ensures that the product has a uniform molecular weight distribution and stable flocculation performance. It can be completely dissolved in water within 5 minutes at room temperature, without any agglomeration or undissolved residues. The excellent flowability avoids the problem of material blocking during dosing, making it suitable for automatic dosing systems. The product has low moisture content, which is not easy to absorb moisture and agglomerate during storage, ensuring long-term stable use. It also has a wide range of applications, which can be used as a coagulant for water treatment and a sizing agent for papermaking, providing multi-functional solutions for different industrial scenarios.

The product appears as white or light yellow fine powder with good flowability. The aluminium oxide content ranges from 29.0% to 30.5%, with the pH value of 1% aqueous solution between 3.5 and 5.0. The water insoluble matter is no more than 0.3%, and the bulk density is between 0.72 and 0.82 g/cm³. More than 95% of the particles pass through 100-200 mesh sieves, ensuring uniform dispersion in water. The moisture content is ≤5.0%, which reduces the risk of moisture absorption during storage. It can be packed in 25kg kraft paper bags with plastic inner lining or 15kg food-grade plastic drums, and has a shelf life of 2 years when stored in a dry and ventilated environment. The product complies with the national standard GB/T 22627-2008 for polymeric aluminium chloride.

This spray dried polyaluminium chloride is widely used in high-end municipal drinking water treatment projects, bottled mineral water production lines, purified water processing plants and other scenarios with high requirements for water quality. It is also used as a sizing agent in the papermaking industry to improve the strength and surface smoothness of paper. Additionally, it can be applied to the treatment of textile printing and dyeing wastewater, fine chemical wastewater and other high-standard wastewater treatment scenarios, providing efficient and stable flocculation effects.
