Adopts one-step drying and crystallization technology, with stable moisture content meeting the monohydrate standard, low moisture absorption which is convenient for storage and transportation, and meets the basic requirements of industrial production. Compared with heptahydrate magnesium sulfate products, it has stronger stability and is not easy to deteriorate. It solves the pain points of large moisture fluctuation and easy caking of ordinary industrial magnesium sulfate, and adapts to a variety of industrial processing processes.
The appearance is white crystalline powder or granules, with purity ≥98.0%, moisture content 15.0%-17.0%, 98% of which passes through 100 mesh, heavy metal (calculated as Pb) ≤200ppm, density 2.66g/cm³, melting point 1124℃. It can be packaged in 25kg paper bags or 1000kg ton bags, complying with HG/T 2680-2017 industrial magnesium sulfate standards.
It is used as a weight gain agent and color fixing assistant for cotton fabrics in the printing and dyeing industry, as a paper filler to improve the smoothness of paper in the papermaking industry, as a cement retarder in the building materials industry, as an additive for metal surface treatment in the electroplating industry, and as a flocculation assistant in sewage treatment. It is suitable for large-scale industrial batch production.
