Different from ordinary magnesium sulfate, this product adopts ultra-pure crystallization technology, with heavy metal content far lower than the national standard limits, no peculiar smell that affects food flavor, easily soluble in water without caking, can be directly added or formulated into a solution for use. It solves the pain point of high moisture and easy moisture absorption of ordinary food grade magnesium sulfate, and adapts to a variety of food processing technologies.
The appearance is white flowable crystalline powder, with purity ≥99.5%, moisture content ≤0.1%, lead ≤2ppm, arsenic ≤1ppm, 99% of which passes through 200 mesh, and the packaging is 25kg food-grade HDPE bags. It complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 184.1465 standards, and can be directly used in food production.
It is used as a magnesium nutritional fortifier in dairy production, a dough curing agent in baked goods, an ingredient in fruit and vegetable preservatives, and a nutritional additive in sports drinks and functional foods. It complies with the ISO22000 food safety management system certification, and is suitable for large-scale food processing enterprises and small food workshops.
