The unique orange peel embossed pattern on the surface increases the surface friction coefficient, effectively improving the anti-slip performance, which can meet the safety needs of personnel walking and item placement in slippery environments. The base alloy 3003 has good corrosion resistance and formability, and the embossing process is completed through cold rolling, ensuring the firmness of the pattern and not easy to fall off during long-term use. The plastic protective film on the surface prevents scratches and pollution during transportation and installation, and can be easily torn off after installation. It is light in weight, easy to cut and install, reducing construction time and cost.
The base alloy is 3003 aluminum alloy, with a thickness range of 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm. The standard width is 900mm, 1000mm and 1200mm, and the standard length is 2000mm and 2440mm, with custom specifications supported. The emboss height is 0.3mm to 0.8mm, and the anti-slip coefficient is ≥0.8, meeting the national anti-slip material safety standards. The low-temperature resistance range is -40℃ to 80℃, suitable for use in cold storage and low-temperature working environments. The weight per square meter for 1mm thickness is 2.7kg, and the weight increases linearly with the thickness.
This product is mainly used for the floor of cold storage, truck carriages, subway carriages, ship superstructures and commercial kitchen floors to provide anti-slip protection. It is also used for decorative panels of household appliances, packaging boxes and exhibition stands, adding aesthetic value to the products. In the cold storage industry, it solves the problem of slippery floors caused by low temperature and water stains, ensuring the safety of personnel and the stability of stored items. In the transportation industry, it is used for truck carriage floors to prevent goods from sliding during transportation.
