This aluminum bar conforms to the AMS 4304 aerospace material standard, with a diameter range of 15mm to 150mm and a length customizable from 1000mm to 4000mm. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.01mm to ensure high-precision processing requirements. The yield strength is 500 MPa, and the elongation is 11%, which meets the high-load structural strength requirements. The surface is treated with chromate coating with a thickness of 5-10μm to prevent corrosion.
