This product uses high-purity aluminum ingots as raw materials and is produced through a strict vacuum casting process, which helps achieve a uniform internal structure and fewer defects. The 5052 alloy offers good seawater corrosion resistance, making it suitable for marine engineering and offshore equipment manufacturing. It provides excellent stamping performance and can be formed into complex parts in one step with a low risk of cracking. In addition, it has good weldability, facilitating convenient assembly and connection in industrial production. The mill-finish surface can be directly used for further processing, or coated according to customer requirements to improve corrosion resistance and appearance. This product complies with mainstream industrial quality standards worldwide, with stable performance and reliable quality.

The thickness range is 0.5mm to 10.0mm, with a tolerance of ±0.05mm for thin plates (≤2mm) and ±0.1mm for thick plates (>2mm). The standard width is 1000mm, 1220mm and 1500mm, and the standard length is 2000mm, 2440mm and 3000mm, and special specifications can be customized. The density is 2.68g/cm³, and the weight per square meter for 1mm thickness is 2.68kg. The tensile strength is ≥230MPa, yield strength is ≥190MPa, and elongation is ≥10%. It has passed 500 hours of neutral salt spray test without corrosion, meeting the corrosion resistance requirements of harsh industrial environments.

This 5052 alloy aluminum sheet is widely used in the manufacturing of automobile body parts, hardware tools, ship superstructures, subway carriage interior parts, and household appliance shells. It can also be used for pipeline supports, mechanical parts and anti-corrosion engineering structures. In the marine field, it is used to make ship decks, cargo holds and offshore platform components due to its good seawater corrosion resistance. In the hardware processing industry, it is used to produce various stamping parts, fasteners and decorative hardware.
