Focusing on solving core pain points of architectural exterior decoration, this product uses imported fluorocarbon coating with a total thickness of 50μm (30μm primer + 20μm topcoat), which has excellent UV resistance, acid rain corrosion resistance and color stability, with a color difference of less than ΔE≤1.5 after 10 years of outdoor exposure. The pre-treatment electrophoretic cleaning process ensures tight bonding between the coating and aluminum substrate, avoiding peeling or cracking during long-term use. It supports on-site cutting, bending and installation, reducing construction difficulty and overall project cost. In addition, it meets Class A fire protection standard, greatly improving building fire safety, and has good sound insulation and heat insulation performance to reduce building energy consumption.
The product has multiple optional specifications: thickness range covers 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm and 6.0mm; standard width specifications include 1000mm, 1220mm, 1500mm and 2000mm; standard length specifications include 2000mm, 2440mm, 3000mm and 6000mm. For 3003 alloy, the tensile strength is ≥150MPa and elongation is ≥15%, while for 1100 alloy, the tensile strength is ≥90MPa and elongation is ≥20%. The weight per square meter corresponds to the thickness: 4.05kg/㎡ for 1.5mm thickness, 5.4kg/㎡ for 2.0mm thickness, etc. The flatness tolerance is ≤0.15mm/m, and the edge straightness is ≤0.1mm/m. It has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification and EU CE building material certification.

This product is mainly applicable to exterior wall cladding of high-rise buildings, shopping malls, subway stations, airport terminals and large exhibition centers. It is also suitable for interior decoration such as ceiling panels, wall panels, elevator cab decoration, and signage background walls.
