Compared with ordinary aluminum and copper heat dissipation materials, this thermal conductive aluminum sheet has a thermal conductivity of more than 205 W/m·K, and the heat dissipation efficiency is more than 10 times that of ordinary plastic heat dissipation materials. At the same time, its weight is only 1/3 of that of copper, which greatly reduces the overall weight of the equipment. Its flat surface ensures close fitting with heat dissipation fins, improving heat transfer efficiency. The optional anodized or epoxy coating further improves corrosion resistance and insulation performance, solving the industry pain points of traditional heat dissipation materials such as heavy weight, low thermal conductivity and easy corrosion.
The base material is 1060 H24 aluminum alloy, with a thickness range of 1mm to 20mm. The standard plate types are 1220*2440mm and 1500*3000mm, which can be cut to custom sizes as needed. The thermal conductivity is ≥205 W/m·K, the tensile strength is ≥130MPa, the yield strength is ≥110MPa, the density is 2.7g/cm³, and the flatness is ≤0.1mm/m. It has excellent cutting and drilling processing performance, and the surface can be selected from mill finish or anodized treatment to meet different insulation and anti-corrosion needs.

It is mainly used in the LED lighting industry for street lamp heat dissipation plates, indoor panel light heat dissipation substrates, the electronic industry for computer CPU heat sinks, power module heat dissipation plates, charging pile heat dissipation components, as well as communication equipment base station heat dissipation plates and other scenarios, meeting the heat dissipation needs of various electronic devices that require efficient thermal management.
