Compared with traditional aluminum veneers, this product forms a dense and wear-resistant aluminum oxide protective film on the surface through anodizing process, which not only improves the surface hardness (up to more than 3H), but also has excellent weather resistance, and can be used outdoors for 20 years without obvious fading and rust. At the same time, its lightweight feature reduces the building bearing pressure by 60% compared with stone curtain walls, which is easy to install and reduces the construction period. It can also be customized with any RAL color to meet diversified architectural design needs, solving the industry pain points of traditional building materials such as heavy weight, easy fading and complicated installation.
The base material is 3003 H24 aluminum alloy, with a thickness range of 1.5mm to 6mm. The standard plate types are 1220*2440mm and 1500*3000mm, which can be cut to custom sizes as needed. The anodized coating thickness is 5-12μm, and the surface gloss can be selected as matte, semi-gloss and high-gloss. The tensile strength is ≥170MPa, the yield strength is ≥140MPa, the density is 2.7g/cm³, the fire rating reaches Class A1, and it passes the 1000-hour neutral salt spray corrosion test, meeting the EU CE building material certification standards.
It is mainly applicable to the exterior wall curtain walls of commercial office buildings, interior walls of high-end residential communities, interior decoration walls of public venues such as airports and high-speed rail stations, elevator car decoration panels, and interior ceiling decorations of commercial complexes. It can also be used for outdoor advertising sign bottom plates, container exterior facade renovation and other scenarios, meeting various architectural decoration and industrial appearance upgrading needs.
