The core of this machine lies in continuous high-pressure hydraulic technology.It adopts a precision feeder driven by a servo motor to evenly feed the pre pressed cake into the high-pressure chamber.The main oil cylinder is controlled by a proportional valve,which can accurately set and maintain the squeezing pressure curve,achieving smooth and efficient pressure transmission.The unique wear-resistant alloy barrel is designed with an oil guide groove on the inner wall to ensure that the squeezed oil is quickly discharged and prevent back soaking.The integrated cast aluminum heating plate can control the temperature of the material cylinder in different zones,reduce the viscosity of oil and improve fluidity.The entire system,under the control of PLC program,realizes a fully automatic cycle from feeding,boosting,holding to cake unloading,significantly reducing labor intensity and ensuring stability between batches.
The maximum rated working pressure of the system is 60MPa.The diameter of the main oil cylinder is 200mm,with a stroke of 800mm.The feeder capacity is 50L,and the feeding speed is adjustable from 1-5 L/min.Heating power of 9kW,divided into three independent temperature control zones.Equipped with a 20HP high-pressure oil pump station and a fuel tank capacity of 200L.The control cabinet has a protection level of IP54 and built-in data recording function,which can store multiple sets of pressing process parameters.The net weight of the equipment is about 4.5 tons.A hydraulic oil cooling system and cake conveying equipment are required.The main contact parts comply with food machinery safety standards.
Mainly used for secondary pressing of pre pressed cake and meal in spiral oil presses,further reducing residual oil in the cake(from~12%to below 6%)and improving the overall oil yield.Suitable for secondary fat extraction of cocoa cake after cocoa bean pressing.It can be used for final pressing of high oil specialty oils such as almonds and Australian nuts to obtain higher quality cold pressed oil.In the pretreatment of biodiesel raw materials,solid residue can be used for pressing animal fats or recycling waste cooking oil.It is one of the key equipment connecting pretreatment,pre pressing,and leaching in building an efficient and energy-saving modern oil mill.
