The design focuses on high throughput,stable operation,and low maintenance costs.The squeezing chamber has a large diameter and a reinforced spiral structure,which can withstand extremely high loads.Usually equipped with forced feeders and conditioning devices to ensure uniform feeding.The pressed cake is in a large sheet shape with a loose structure,which is conducive to subsequent leaching.Although the residual oil rate of the cake is higher than that of a single press,its processing capacity is several times to tens of times higher,making it a key pretreatment equipment for large-scale oil extraction plants.

Core load-bearing components such as the squeezing chamber and spiral shaft are cast or forged from special high-strength alloy steel and undergo deep heat treatment.Equipped with high-power motors(usually above 90 kW)and heavy-duty industrial gearboxes or strong belt transmission systems.The squeezing cage is assembled from high hardness and wear-resistant steel bars,with adjustable gaps.It includes a complete feeding system,chamber adjustment mechanism,cake outlet device,and a large frame structure.
It is almost exclusively used in large-scale edible oil processing plants as a pre pressing equipment for the pretreatment of bulk oilseeds such as rapeseed,soybean(high oil varieties),cottonseed,sunflower seeds,etc.The pre pressed cake produced is transported to the leaching workshop for further extraction of residual oil.It is the core link connecting pretreatment and leaching processes,and is not suitable as the final oil pressing equipment.
