The body frame is welded from high-strength carbon steel.The core hydraulic system includes a large-diameter plunger pump,a high-pressure relief valve,and a precision hydraulic cylinder.The pressure plate and pancake ring are made of food grade steel.Equipped with a 4 kW motor-driven hydraulic pump.The maximum working pressure of the system is set to 80 MPa.Standard manual directional valve and control instrument.The equipment is bulky and requires a sturdy foundation for installation.
Suitable for large and medium-sized oil factories as pre pressing or one-time pressing equipment,processing high-value oilseeds such as peanuts,cocoa beans,olive pulp(requiring special gaskets),etc.It is also commonly used in occasions where low residual Youbing(Deep-fried round and flat dough-cake)meal needs to be produced,such as the feed industry.Due to its good oil quality,it is also favored by traditional ancient oil pressing workshops.Suitable for users who do not pursue continuous production but focus on single oil yield and oil quality.
