The main body is made of food grade 304 stainless steel, which meets hygiene standards. The spiral shaft is forged from high-strength alloy steel and undergoes special heat treatment. Key friction components are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant alloy bushings. The spindle speed is 35-40 rpm. Equipped with a 7.5 kW three-phase asynchronous motor.
