The main body is made of food grade 304 stainless steel, which meets hygiene standards. The spiral shaft is forged from high-strength alloy steel and undergoes special heat treatment. Key friction components are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant alloy bushings. The spindle speed is 35-40 rpm. Equipped with a 7.5 kW three-phase asynchronous motor. The equipment includes a feeding device, a steaming and frying pan, a pressing chamber, a frame, an electrical control box, and a primary oil filtration device. 380V three-phase industrial power supply is required.
Mainly used in small and medium-sized edible oil processing plants, rural cooperatives, and individual oil workshops, for pressing common oilseeds such as peanuts, rapeseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, etc. The pressed crude oil can be further refined. It is also suitable for extracting oil by-products from animal feed. Its continuous operation characteristics are suitable for users who pursue stable production.
