Adopting a double helix structure,it generates tremendous compression and tearing force,effectively separating oil from palm flesh.The heavy-duty gearbox and spindle design ensure continuous and stable operation under harsh working conditions.The squeezing cage is equipped with a drainage screen,which facilitates the flow of oil juice while blocking fibers.Usually,it forms a continuous production line with digester and clarification tank.The automated feeding and slag discharge system has improved efficiency.The wear resistance requirement is extremely high.

The spiral shaft and cage liner are made of special wear-resistant alloy steel,and the surface can be hardened.Equipped with high-power three-phase motors(ranging from 45-75 kW)and heavy-duty industrial gearboxes.The squeezing cage is made of high-strength steel drilled holes or fitted with sieve plates.The equipment includes a heavy-duty frame,a feeding hopper,a cake discharge device,and a transmission system.The processing capacity is calculated in tons of fresh fruit skewers(FFB)or pulp per hour.

Specially used in palm oil processing plants to press and extract palm crude oil(CPO)from palm pulp that has been steamed and mashed by a steamer and digester.It is a standard equipment for large plantations and palm oil extraction enterprises.Not applicable to other common oilseeds.
